TraceXpert
Description
TraceXpert 1.0 is a desktop application for the measurement and statistical analysis of side-channel data. It provides a unified environment for correlation power analysis (CPA), classification-based attacks, and leakage assessments, helping researchers and practitioners manage complex hardware security evaluation workflows.
The software integrates with a range of measurement and communication devices, including serial ports, smartcards, ChipWhisperer boards, and Picoscope 6-series oscilloscopes. It also supports arbitrary protocol communication and enables direct interaction with connected hardware through separate widgets.
Its modular architecture includes analytical components for power prediction, CPA on algorithms such as AES, internal variable enumeration, and Welch's t-test for leakage detection. TraceXpert also includes a visual scenario system for building analysis pipelines through interconnected graphical blocks, with optional Python scripting for more advanced operations.
TraceXpert 1.0 supports Windows and Linux and is distributed as open-source software for academic and laboratory research applications.
